Saudi-led Coalition Launches ‘Operation Dawn of Yemen’ with 100 Fighter Jets
The coalition fighting in Yemen claims to have destroyed 324 targets in its air campaign against Houthi rebels along the Red Sea.

The coalition fighting for legitimacy in Yemen has announced the launch of 'Operation Dawn of Yemen,' involving 100 fighter jets. According to the coalition spokesperson Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Maliki, the operation aims to secure the Bab Al-Mandab Strait and targets Iran-backed Houthi rebels along the Red Sea coastline as well as in the capital, Sana’a.
The coalition stated it has destroyed 324 high-value targets during the initial strike of the operation. Ongoing efforts include providing round-the-clock air support to Yemeni armed forces, who are conducting ground operations against moving targets in the region.
In a separate report, the coalition mentioned that it successfully targeted a weapons depot in northwestern Yemen that housed 20 ballistic missiles, further escalating the military actions against the Houthi forces.

The situation intensified as Yemen's Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for attacks on two Saudi airports, resulting in the injury of three individuals. These attacks coincide with the coalition's air campaign intended to reclaim Houthi-held territories.
Reports suggest that Pakistani and Turkish forces might be reinforcing Saudi Arabia's military efforts, although Islamabad has not officially acknowledged direct involvement in the conflict. This move could allow Saudi forces to focus on offensive operations without formally integrating foreign combatants.
As both sides escalate their military campaigns, the ongoing conflict continues to draw international attention, with implications for the region's stability and security as Saudi-led forces confront increasingly assertive Houthi rebels.
