SC Braga used social media this morning to confirm the loan of Thiago Helguera to Atlético de Madrid. The 20-year-old player will join the B team of the Colchoneros for the 2026/27 season.

Last season, Helguera was already loaned to Mirandés, which competes in the Spanish second division. This move marks another step in the Argentine midfielder's career as he seeks development in new competitions.
