Second Day of Trial in the Vincenz Case at Zurich High Court

Former Raiffeisen CEO Pierin Vincenz is appealing his 2022 sentences. His associate Beat Stocker contradicts accusations during the trial.

Today marked the second day of the trial concerning Pierin Vincenz at the Zurich High Court. The former CEO of the Raiffeisen Group has lodged an appeal against the sentences imposed in 2022. During this phase of the proceedings, several defense motions were rejected.

At the same time, Beat Stocker, Vincenz's former business partner, contradicted allegations made during the trial. Reports indicate that the accusations include expenditures for strip clubs, referred to as 'customary business practice.' Both men are pleading not guilty in the ongoing proceedings.
