Serbia and Ukraine Agree to Closer Cooperation in Belgrade

During the first official visit of Zelenskyy to Belgrade, the presidents of Serbia and Ukraine, Aleksandar Vucic and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, decided on closer cooperation. This agreement includes the signing of memoranda of understanding in the areas of agriculture and food security.

Both presidents emphasized the importance of collaboration for the future development of both countries during the meeting in Belgrade. The establishment of a free trade agreement is also on the agenda to promote economic exchange.

Vucic made it clear that topics such as arms cooperation, including drone technology, were not discussed. This suggests that the focus of the meeting was on civilian and economic aspects.
