Shein, the online fashion group, has announced that it will begin raising prices in Europe in response to the new fee applicable to packages valued under 150 euros. This measure aims to offset the additional costs generated by the implementation of this fee within the European Union.

The company has acknowledged that the decision could impact its sales in the European market, similar to what has already occurred in the United States, where changes in tax policy have also affected sales.

Additionally, Shein has indicated that this price increase is necessary due to the costs and expenses associated with sales on the continent, although no statements have yet been received from other competitor platforms like Temu and AliExpress regarding this issue.
