Sydney Swans senior coach Dean Cox and captain Callum Mills conducted a media conference today as the team prepares to continue its AFL season amid an ongoing scandal. This comes after five players have been suspended as part of an internal decision.

The players involved, Riley Bice, Nick Blakey, Isaac Heeney, James Jordon, and Chad Warner, will not participate for the remainder of the season. This suspension aligns with a police investigation related to an alleged sexual assault incident.

During the press conference, Cox and Mills faced tough questioning from journalists regarding the situation. They responded to inquiries about the scandal and the impact it has on the team's current season.

The media engagement marks a significant moment for the Swans as they deal with the fallout from the incident, which has generated substantial media attention. The police investigation remains active as the club navigates through this difficult period.
