Swiss flight stranded in Shanghai due to cockpit odor and typhoon

At the same time, a typhoon in the region caused adverse weather conditions.

Further reports indicated that the flight had to be postponed again on Monday due to these simultaneous issues. The aircraft is expected to resume its journey to Zurich overnight on Tuesday, provided the situation stabilizes.
