Three-year-old resuscitated after swimming accident in Feldkirch

On Tuesday, a swimming accident occurred at the Waldbad Feldkirch, where a three-year-old boy fell into a pool. The child had just gone down a waterslide and went underwater during an unmonitored moment. A vigilant swimmer noticed the incident and pulled the already unconscious boy out of the water.

Immediately after the rescue, a lifeguard and doctors who happened to be present took over the resuscitation of the child. The measures were successful, and the boy was revived. The quick response of those present played a crucial role in this outcome.
