Tree falls on car in Itanhaém; father and son survive
A 20-year-old tree fell on a car containing a father and his 4-year-old son in São Paulo's coast, but both survived.
An accident occurred in Itanhaém, on the coast of São Paulo, when a tree approximately 20 years old and 8 meters tall fell on a car with a man and his 4-year-old son inside. The incident took place on Saturday, October 8, on Rua João Mariano, in the city center.
According to information from the Itanhaém Secretariat of Environmental Defense, lawyer Barbara Raquel Andreoli exited the car just minutes before the tree collapsed onto the vehicle.
Despite the seriousness of the situation, both the father and the child managed to survive the accident.
