Last week, a Ukrainian prankster broke into a closed video meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry. This action led to shock reactions among the participants, which were captured on video.
During the meeting, the prankster rhetorically asked, "How can you sleep? You will all pay for your crimes." This provoked a notable response from those present.
This is not the first time the prankster has managed to gain access to a meeting of the Russian government; he previously did something similar. Footage of the incident was shared on social media, causing further uproar.
