In a surprising match in the Bundesliga, Werder Bremen defeated RB Leipzig 3-1. After a weak start to the season, this was an important response from the Bremen team, who appeared significantly improved.

The return of players, particularly Niclas Füllkrug, was highlighted as a key factor in the strong performance. Füllkrug and other returnees ensured that the team under coach Ole Werner showed a completely different face compared to previous games.

While RB Leipzig dominated possession, they were unable to convert it into effective play. The Bremen side relied on a resilient defense, allowing little room for the visitors to become dangerous.

Another point of interest was the encounter with the Demichelis team, which was disappointing ahead of their Champions League campaign. Werder Bremen's victory is seen as an unexpected but deserved success.
