The village of Qusra, located in the West Bank near Nablus, is currently besieged by Israeli settlers, leaving residents without access to food and water. According to Vatican News, five Italian activists have been evacuated from the area by local security forces, showing solidarity with the villagers.

Rai News reports that the homes in Qusra are situated in a closed military zone, but the state of emergency does not appear to apply to settlers, who continue to operate freely in the area. This has led to increasing international pressure on Israel from the United States and France.
