A wildfire broke out in the southwest of Spain, near the town of Niebla, leading to the destruction of 4,000 hectares of land. The fire is being fueled by strong winds blowing at speeds between 40 and 50 kilometers per hour, worsening the situation on the ground.
Authorities have mobilized over 500 personnel to combat the blaze. Among them, 250 members of the Military Emergency Unit have been deployed to assist in firefighting efforts.
According to reports, the fire has led to the preventive evacuation of around 470 people living near the affected area. These measures were taken to ensure the safety of residents in the face of the imminent danger posed by the fire.
