In their third match of the current Super League season, BSC Young Boys squandered a clear lead in their away game against Lausanne. After leading 2-0, they were unable to maintain their advantage until the final whistle.

According to SRF, the Young Boys scored two goals in the first half but failed to build on their static dominance. In the closing stages of the match, Lausanne managed to equalize with a late goal.

With this draw, the Bernese team dropped points for the first time this season after a strong start in the first two games. This result represents a setback for YB, who had previously been at the top of the table.

In other Super League matches, Grasshoppers lost 2-1 to Servette despite an early lead, while Lugano won against Zürich with a score of 5-0. Additionally, the match between St. Gallen and Luzern ended in a 2-2 draw after a late penalty goal for St. Gallen.
