The Portuguese K4 500m team, consisting of Gustavo Gonçalves, João Ribeiro, Messias Baptista, and Pedro Casinha, secured a bronze medal at the Canoeing World Championships on Friday.
Portuguese canoeist Fernando Pimenta won the K1 1,000 semifinal, qualifying for the final.
