At least 33 dead in Russian attacks on buses in Kramatorsk
Russian attacks on buses in the Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk have resulted in at least 33 fatalities and dozens of injuries.

In a Russian attack on buses in the city of Kramatorsk, at least 33 people were killed on Thursday. The attack occurred while the buses were traveling on a busy street, according to local authorities.
Sixteen people were injured as a result of the attack. The situation in Kramatorsk remains concerning, as the city is located near the front line in the Donetsk region, where the Russian military is active.
President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack and stated that Russia is trying to destroy everything in the Donbas. He referred to an initial tactic that Russia has repeatedly used throughout this war.

According to reports from local authorities, public transport in Kramatorsk has become increasingly unsafe, amplifying the impact of the attacks.
Earlier this week, reports indicated more than fifty civilian deaths due to bombardments in Kyiv and Kramatorsk over a two-day period, further deteriorating the humanitarian situation.
The attacks are considered among the most severe and vicious since the beginning of the current escalation.
