Boca Juniors was crowned champion of the Annual Table after defeating Defensa y Justicia 1-0, thanks to a last-minute goal from Enner Valencia in the 95th minute. The Xeneize's victory secured the top spot in the table, despite Rosario Central also winning their match.

Rosario Central won 2-0 against Estudiantes de Río Cuarto, but it was not enough to claim the title, as they needed Boca to lose. Thus, the Rosario team finished in second place. Argentinos Juniors, who were also competing for the championship, lost to Huracán and ended up in third place.

The match for Boca took place at La Bombonera stadium, where Arruabarrena's team managed to maintain their lead on the final day of the tournament, despite the pressure of results from other matches.

Valencia's crucial goal came after a rebound, capitalizing on a mistake from the opposing goalkeeper, which sparked euphoria among Xeneize supporters. This victory marks a significant return to winning for Boca Juniors, who had not been crowned champions in the past three years.

The thrilling conclusion of the tournament was followed by the football community, as matches determining the champion were played simultaneously. Despite the pressure of the moment, Boca maintained their focus in the decisive encounter.

After qualifying for the event, Rosario Central mistakenly celebrated their victory, believing they had been crowned champions before Valencia's goal was confirmed. This misunderstanding caused a stir on social media, where memes and reactions regarding their premature celebration were shared.
