Brazil launches plan to support companies affected by U.S. tariffs
Brazil has announced a plan to help companies affected by U.S. tariffs, promoting exports in 36 alternative markets.

Brazil has launched a new plan aimed at supporting thousands of companies impacted by tariffs imposed by the government of Donald Trump on Brazilian exports. This plan includes trade promotion actions in 36 markets alternative to the United States.
Data provided by the Brazilian government indicate that approximately 5,600 companies are directly affected by these new U.S. trade barriers. In response to this situation, ApexBrasil stated that it is available to support up to 5,300 of these companies, offering resources and assistance in exploring new markets.
The new export plan has an estimated budget of around 34 million euros, which will be used to facilitate the entry of Brazilian companies into alternative markets and mitigate the effects of U.S. tariffs.

The trade promotion actions include, among other initiatives, events for showcasing Brazilian products and services, as well as participation in international trade fairs held in various countries.
This move comes amid increasing trade tensions between Brazil and the United States, where the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration have raised concerns among Brazilian exporters. The plan aims to diversify destinations for Brazilian exports and ensure the competitiveness of affected companies.
According to sources from news agencies, government support is being structured to maximize benefits for companies facing difficulties due to the tariffs, creating a more favorable environment for competition in international markets.
