Brussels Flower Carpet Celebrates Japan in 24th Edition
An impressive floral carpet of 750,000 dahlias, inspired by artist Hokusai, is on display until August 16 in the Grand Place.

This year, the Grand Place in Brussels is hosting an exceptional floral carpet that celebrates Japan through the work of artist Hiro Sugiyama, a professor at the University of the Arts.
From August 13 to August 16, 750,000 dahlias adorn the famous square with a pattern titled "Neo Hokusai," paying tribute to the Japanese artist Hokusai.
This floral spectacle, which attracts many visitors, marks the 24th edition of this traditional event, known for its beauty and creativity.
