Cais do Sodré station of the Lisbon Metro will reopen next Thursday, August 27, after being closed for 19 days. The closure began on August 8 to carry out railway signaling work.

The Lisbon Metro announced that the station is scheduled to reopen at 6:30 AM on Thursday, when services will again be available to the public. Improvements to the line signaling were made during the closure period.

The work that led to the closure is related to the future Circular Line, which is set to be inaugurated in the first quarter of 2027.
