The municipality of Corvo, located in the Azores, has initiated the project to establish a business incubator aimed at promoting innovation on the island. This project seeks to support the development of new business initiatives while revitalizing the historic center of the locality.

The Corvo City Council is investing over 411,000 euros in the refurbishment and adaptation of a building in the historic center, which will house the new incubator. Construction work has been underway since February.

The mayor of the municipality stated that the incubator will prioritize 'corvinos', the island's residents, but does not exclude the possibility of accepting companies from outside. This approach aims to encourage both local creativity and the attraction of external investment.
