Decathlon: Neugebauer leads after three events in Birmingham

Leo Neugebauer is in excellent form at his European Championship debut in Birmingham. After three events, the world champion and top favorite has extended his lead in the decathlon, performing particularly well in the shot put discipline.

Niklas Kaul is also competing and delivering a solid performance. Neugebauer is clearly in the lead, sending a strong message for his gold mission at these European Championships.
