Dolomiti Superski reaches agreement with Antitrust on refunds and discounts
The agreement with the Antitrust authority includes refunds and discounts totaling €30 million for skiers with ski passes purchased between 2022 and 2025.

The Antitrust Authority has concluded an investigation initiated in July 2025 against Dolomiti Superski and the twelve associated valley consortia, accepting the commitments put forward.
Under the agreement, eligible customers can request refunds or discounts on Dolomiti Superski ski passes purchased during the 2022/2023, 2023/2024, and 2024/2025 seasons.

The total amount of relief provided for in the agreement is €30 million, as reported by multiple sources.
Starting October 15, procedures will be activated for requesting these refunds and discounts, benefiting those who purchased daily or multi-day ski passes.
