On Tuesday, an EasyJet flight from Boa Vista island in Cape Verde was canceled, affecting 130 passengers. The airline announced the decision, but specific reasons for the cancellation were not disclosed.

According to reports, some affected passengers received the cancellation notification at the last minute. This situation has led to uncertainty, with many seeking alternative solutions for their return to Portugal.

Information indicates that some passengers are still awaiting a resolution from the airline. The situation has generated frustration among those affected, who are waiting for information on how to proceed next.

Passengers who could not be successfully rebooked have reported difficulties in obtaining adequate assistance, having to bear some of the costs associated with seeking new travel options.

EasyJet, for its part, has not provided additional information regarding the potential reinstatement of the flight or other alternatives that may have been offered to affected passengers.

The circumstances reported by passengers raise questions about the communication and crisis management of airlines during unforeseen situations like this.
