Eros Ramazzotti undergoes vocal cord surgery and forced to halt tour
Singer-songwriter Eros Ramazzotti has canceled concerts scheduled until 2027 following vocal cord surgery.

Eros Ramazzotti recently underwent surgery on his vocal cords. The 62-year-old Roman singer confirmed on social media that the surgery went well but announced the need for a period of rest.
Due to the procedure, Ramazzotti has postponed scheduled events in the United States and Latin America. All planned concerts have been rescheduled to 2027, forcing the artist to stop touring.

The singer stated, "We will have to wait until 2027. We will meet stronger and more united than ever." The decision was made just weeks before the start of the Una Storia Importante World Tour.
For now, Ramazzotti will need to dedicate the coming months to rehabilitation to fully recover his voice. The news has been reported by several sources including ANSA and Sky TG24.
