On Friday morning, the European Union (EU) sent a humanitarian plane to Nepal. The flight delivered 82 tons of materials aimed at supporting local communities in various essential areas.
The supplies sent include items related to health, education, food, sanitation, and protection. This action aims to assist local teams in facing current challenges.
In addition to the plane's cargo, the EU has made available a financial support package of €500,000. This amount will be used to strengthen humanitarian assistance on the ground and support local recovery efforts.
This initiative is part of the European Union's ongoing efforts to aid regions affected by crises and natural disasters, providing critical resources to meet the immediate needs of the population.
