An Argentine newspaper reported early Tuesday that Flávio Bolsonaro had allegedly left Brazil through the border at Puerto Iguazú in Argentina on a journey that supposedly would continue to the United States via private jet. The PL senator was defeated in the presidential election held the previous Sunday.

According to information obtained by Brazilian media, there is no record of Flávio Bolsonaro passing through any regular Brazilian migration control point. The Federal Police is investigating whether he actually left the country, and Brazilian authorities have contacted their Argentine counterparts for verification.

Argentina's immigration authorities deny that Flávio Bolsonaro entered the country. A government official under Javier Milei confirmed the same denial on a confidential basis. The mystery remains regarding an aircraft reportedly parked in Puerto Iguazú.

According to Argentine media, it was allegedly a private jet that would have enabled the departure, but none of the authorities recorded any corresponding movement. Paulo Figueiredo, Flávio Bolsonaro's ally in the United States, did not confirm the senator's destination and stated he does not wish to speak with the press.

Brazilian authorities have revoked Flávio Bolsonaro's passports. However, according to reports, the senator did not surrender the documents to the authorities, raising questions about his current whereabouts.

The situation remains marked by contradictions: while Argentine media reported the departure, both Brazilian and Argentine migration authorities have not identified any corresponding movement in official records.
