Flávio Bolsonaro, a presidential candidate from the PL party, held a campaign event in Belém, arriving around 1 PM. He began his day with an internal party meeting, followed by a motorcycle rally through the city streets that lasted about two hours and was conducted on a sound truck, surrounded by local politicians.

At the end of the day, Flávio spoke to the press about the developments regarding the crisis involving STF minister Alexandre de Moraes. During a session on the 15th, his campaign characterized the situation as 'win-win.' However, he also linked Lula's government to Moraes, making direct criticisms of the former president and STF ministers.

Flávio Bolsonaro's campaign strategy includes applying pressure on Alexandre de Moraes if he is elected. At recent events, such as in Fortaleza, he stated that 'Lula's ministers worked hard to shield Moraes.' These remarks were made at an event alongside allies, where he considered the STF session 'positive.'

In addition to Flávio's criticisms, Lula's campaign also addressed the issue during electoral propaganda. The exchange of accusations between both campaigns has been highlighted in the media, particularly regarding the STF.

Flávio also pledged that if elected, he would appoint five new ministers to the STF. This proposal was presented at a rally at the Cais da Alfândega in Recife, where he expressed opposition to Lula's government and criticized the STF.

In a separate incident, before a rally in Recife, a man was shot by a civil police officer during a commotion, raising concerns about security at campaign events. The incident occurred on the afternoon of September 16, shortly before the event in which Flávio was present.
