Google has announced the release of the Pixel Tag, a new tracking device set to launch in November at a price of $29. This tracker is designed to help users locate lost items like keys and bags by utilizing Google's Find Hub network.
According to reports, the Pixel Tag features advanced technology, combining ultra wideband (UWB) with Bluetooth 6.0 Channel Sounding, allowing for two types of precision tracking. This move comes more than two years after Google established its device-tracking network, positioning itself as a competitor to Apple’s AirTag.
