Helena Noguerra testifies against Patrick Bruel for sexual assault
Helena Noguerra has accused Patrick Bruel of sexual assault, her testimony revealed after she mentioned the incident in a letter to the public prosecutor's office.

Helena Noguerra has shared testimony regarding an alleged sexual assault by singer Patrick Bruel in 2000. This revelation was reported by Le Figaro, which states that the musician sent a letter to the public prosecutor's office detailing the events, but did not file a complaint as the incident is now time-barred.
According to La Libre Belgique, Noguerra, sister of Lio, expressed that she herself was a victim of inappropriate behaviors, which led to her decision to testify. However, she does not wish to take legal action against Bruel.

As reported by 20 Minutes, Helena Noguerra has been summoned by investigators to clarify her allegations and the details concerning the letter sent to the public prosecutor's office in Corsica. Hearings took place last June as part of this case.
In a statement reported by franceinfo, Noguerra expressed her dissatisfaction regarding the disclosure of her identity, stating that someone sold her testimony to the press after an anonymous share in a column published on Mediapart.
