Icon receives 'red book' for land in Kyrgyzstan

The construction company Icon has received the official state document of ownership, known as the 'red book', for a plot of land beneath the residential complex Malina. This document certifies the right to private ownership of the respective area.

With this approval, Icon is among the first companies in Kyrgyzstan to successfully complete the complex legal process of fully transferring land from municipal ownership to private ownership.
