Intense rain alerts issued in Mexico and the U.S.
Various regions have activated alerts of different levels due to heavy rains that could lead to flooding.

The Secretariat of Integral Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC) of Mexico has activated a Red Alert in Magdalena Contreras due to heavy rains. Additionally, four municipalities are under an Orange Alert and eleven are under a Yellow Alert. The SGIRPC recommended that the public use umbrellas, avoid pouring fats into the drainage system, and stay away from areas prone to landslides.
In the United States, heavy rains and severe storms are reported in the central and eastern parts of the country, posing risks of flooding and damaging winds. Specific areas have been identified as threatened, although details about the affected locations were not provided.
