A dilapidated school in Jaipur, which had become a focal point after a campaign by the Concerned Citizens of India (CJP), has been demolished. The school was reported to be functioning from a buffalo shed and was deemed unsafe following a technical survey conducted in September 2025.

The demolition comes shortly after the CJP flagged issues regarding the school's condition as part of its 'School Thik Karo' campaign aimed at improving government schools. Ashutosh Ranka, a party co-convener, who was injured during an attack at the school on August 21, has highlighted the unsafe condition of the facility.

The state government has announced plans for the construction of a new building, which has been described as a significant achievement for students by the CJP. The move has received media attention as authorities respond to the campaign and safety concerns.
