Today, Madrid is hosting several Latin American leaders participating in the Ibero-American Summit. Among them are Bolivia's President Rodrigo Paz and Colombia's Vice President, who have already arrived in the Spanish capital. The Dominican Republic's president and Guatemala's president are also expected to arrive for the event.

The president of Paraguay has canceled his trip to the summit, according to reports. Meanwhile, representatives from Venezuela have arrived in the city to prepare for the activities of the XXX Ibero-American Summit.

Argentina's President Javier Milei will join the summit, although it has been reported that he will not meet privately with King Felipe VI, as a prior meeting with the Spanish Prime Minister is required. Additionally, no bilateral meeting with Pedro Sánchez is scheduled.

The summit will address issues such as natural disasters and sustainable development, with the participation of CAF (Development Bank of Latin America). This forum aims to connect resources and develop international cooperation among countries in the region.

Madrid's Deputy Mayor Inma Sanz has warned about traffic disruptions and the deployment of over 800 municipal police to ensure order in the city center during the event. Traffic is expected to be particularly affected in areas frequented by international leaders.

Javier Milei will also participate tonight in the 'Night of Celebration for Israel' at the Vision of Future Church, where he will receive the 'Gratitude' award before traveling to Madrid tomorrow, accompanied by Karina Milei and Pablo Quirno.
