Lula suggests Trump host meeting with Xi and Putin in Florida
President Lula proposed to Donald Trump the organization of a meeting with Xi Jinping and Putin to discuss international conflicts.

On Friday (21), President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) stated that he suggested to Donald Trump, the President of the United States, the possibility of holding a meeting with other world leaders at Trump's mansion in Florida. According to Lula, the gathering would focus on seeking solutions to international conflicts.
Lula mentioned that he spoke with Trump about the possibility of inviting Xi Jinping, the President of China, and Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, to meet before the United Nations General Assembly, scheduled for September. He highlighted that Trump's residence, known for its golf area, would be a suitable location for such a gathering.
Lula's statements came during a call between the two leaders, where they discussed the need for peace in the context of current global challenges. He emphasized that the meeting could be an opportunity for these leaders to engage in dialogue and seek rapprochement in times of tension.

Lula's proposal was put forward amid a context in which international diplomacy is facing difficulties, especially regarding relations between the United States, China, and Russia.
The information was reported by various sources, including G1 and Folha de S.Paulo, corroborating Lula's suggestion to President Trump.
