MACC Considers Involving Foreign Forensic Experts in Tabung Haji Investigation
The MACC is exploring the option of foreign forensic assistance in its probe into Tabung Haji after significant developments.
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is contemplating the engagement of foreign forensic experts to aid in its investigation of Tabung Haji. According to reports, the MACC has opened 14 investigation papers covering a range of investments, agreements, and contracts related to the case.
As of now, the agency has called in 115 witnesses and detained seven suspects in connection with the ongoing probe. Efforts to clarify the complex issues surrounding the investigation are being prioritized as the MACC moves forward with its findings.
