Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) edited a contract worth R$ 131 million between his wife Viviane Barci de Moraes' firm and Banco Master, headed by Daniel Vorcaro, prior to the document's signing. According to information from Folha de S.Paulo, these changes occurred before the formalization of the contract, which has triggered investigations.

In a second contract valued at R$ 50 million, investigations by the Federal Police indicate that Vorcaro negotiated the transfer of shares in a small jet and a helicopter as a form of payment to Viviane Barci de Moraes' firm. This contract is also under review for its potential implications.

Vorcaro expressed concerns regarding payments to Moraes' firm. In communications with partners, he highlighted the importance of the payment and inquired about the delays. The former banker characterized the contract with the firm as essential.
