NASA releases images of crater caused by SpaceX rocket on the Moon

The American space agency (NASA) released new images on Tuesday of the crater resulting from the crash of the upper stage of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on the Moon. This incident occurred on August 5.

The images were captured by NASA instruments between August 11 and 12, shortly after the impact. This publication allows for visualization of the consequences of the accident on the lunar surface.

These new photographs do not mark the first exhibition of the impact site, as NASA had previously provided earlier images of the area affected by the collision.
