NATO jets shoot down drone over Lithuania

Late Tuesday night, NATO jets shot down a drone over Lithuania that had entered Lithuanian airspace. According to the Lithuanian government, the drone was neutralized by Italian Eurofighters. The incident occurred at a time when the Baltic states have increasingly reported drone incursions, which are linked to ongoing tensions related to the Ukraine conflict.
