New hotel in Sant Joan de Déu and town hall building in Málaga

The new Aparto Diagonal Suites is located next to Sant Joan de Déu, features over 500 rooms, and consists of 22 floors. This building reaches a height of nearly 100 meters and has become the first major operational property in the Porta Diagonal area.

In Málaga, the town hall has presented a project to construct a new seven-story building by the sea. This initiative will occupy a plot of over 3,100 square meters and is expected to take 18 months to complete.
