Over 100 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) expressed their concern today regarding the situation in Gaza, denouncing that the ceasefire currently in effect is insufficient. According to the groups, Israel continues to perpetrate deaths and injure Palestinians daily, contrary to the established goals.

The NGOs state that, despite the ceasefire agreement, the region is facing ongoing tensions, with severe restrictions hampering the entry of humanitarian aid and the recovery of the territory. These actions, they argue, further exacerbate the humanitarian situation of the local population.

According to the allegations, since the implementation of the ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinian deaths have been recorded, highlighting that the conditions of the agreement are not being met. The organizations demand accountability from Israel for maintaining these actions.

The statements have been widely reported, emphasizing that the majority of non-governmental organizations recognize the urgent need for international intervention and support in the region, given the devastating impact of the conflict.

The consequences of this scenario on the population of Gaza have been alarming, with multiple voices united in demanding significant changes to alleviate the situation. The NGOs assert that the lack of adequate conditions for the reconstruction of the territory perpetuates the cycle of vulnerability.

Although Israeli authorities may have designated a ceasefire, humanitarian entities maintain that the realities on the ground demonstrate a very different situation, with clear calls for Gaza to receive the necessary attention from the international community.
