Israel reports death of two soldiers in Lebanon following clashes with Hezbollah
Two Israeli soldiers were killed in southern Lebanon as the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah escalates again. Bombardments by Israel followed the fatalities.

The Israeli army has confirmed the death of two soldiers in southern Lebanon. This occurred during clashes with Hezbollah, which have recently intensified in the region.
The conflict is escalating further as Israel and Lebanon continue discussions on the implementation of a ceasefire. Consequently, there have been additional military confrontations.

Following the soldiers' deaths, there were reports of retaliatory strikes by Israeli forces against Hezbollah militias. Additionally, another fatality was reported from Beirut related to the clashes.
Moreover, reports of injuries in the region have emerged. According to Lebanese authorities, there were also airstrikes on targets in southern Lebanon carried out in response to Israel's military losses.
