The Red Panthers played their final group match at the hockey World Cup against Argentina on Monday evening. The match ended in a 0-0 draw, despite six penalty corners for the Belgian women, which they were unable to convert into goals.

Thanks to Spain's defeat, it is now certain that the Red Panthers will advance to the semifinals of the tournament. This gives them the opportunity to compete against another strong opponent.

With the draw, the Red Panthers were unable to capitalize on their chances in the match against Argentina. Therefore, only the group victory remains on the line, which will be contested on Thursday.

In the semifinals, the Red Panthers will face top favorite Netherlands in Amstelveen. This match will pose a challenge, given the current form of the Dutch team.

Earlier in the tournament, the Netherlands demonstrated their strength, which presents a tough task for the Red Panthers in the next round.

Unlike the Red Lions, who did not advance to the semifinals, the Belgian women's hockey team has secured a spot in this decisive phase of the World Cup.
