The accident involving a Carris Metropolitana bus in Agualva-Cacém, which occurred in July, resulted in the deaths of two people and left 20 injured, according to information from Transportes Metropolitanos de Lisboa (TML).
A report presented by TML concluded that the cause of the accident was a "human error" on the part of the driver.
