Russia announces destruction of 362 Ukrainian drones overnight

The Russian Defense Minister asserted on Thursday that 362 Ukrainian drones had been intercepted and destroyed over several regions. This announcement comes as the conflict in Ukraine continues to result in civilian casualties.

According to a report by the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission, July saw at least 437 Ukrainian civilians killed, the highest number since May 2022. This represents a 70% increase compared to July 2021.
