Seven countries in the European Union have requested assistance from Brussels to address the negative effects of the conflict in Ukraine on the tourism sector. The ministers from these countries have indicated that the proximity of the conflict has hindered investments and reduced the arrival of tourists, exacerbating the economic situation in their regions.
European leaders emphasize the urgency of this situation, stressing that local economies are in crisis due to the decline in tourism, which is vital for their economic development.
