The match between Sevilla and Alavés ended in a 0-0 draw at the Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium. This result continues Alavés's poor streak, with eight matches without a victory at Sevilla's home ground.

During the game, Sevilla had the chance to score from a penalty in the 30th minute, but Vargas could not convert the opportunity into a goal. Despite this chance, the Andalusian team appeared sluggish in attack throughout the match.

According to reports, Sevilla's lack of efficiency in front of goal was evident, allowing Alavés to earn a point on difficult ground despite not claiming a victory.

The result has left Sevilla out of the Champions League race, a situation that has become critical given the team's expectations this season.

Spanish media have highlighted the performance of Chilean defender Gabriel Suazo, who received praise despite the unfavorable result for his team. This indicates the focus on individual players during critical moments.

The next challenge for both teams will be crucial, as they will need to improve their performances in the upcoming rounds of LaLiga EA Sports to climb the table.
