During the Ferragosto period, costs for those traveling by car are experiencing a significant increase, with the price of filling up with diesel registering a rise of 27.6%.
Assoutenti reports that other fuels are also facing price hikes, including gasoline, which has risen by 17%, and methane, with an increase of 12%. Additionally, LPG has seen a 7.2% rise.
Data suggests that filling up with diesel will cost over 22 euros more than during the same period last year, thus impacting travel costs for many drivers.
