Regionally, the Government of Pakistan has similarly condemned the assaults by the Houthis, alongside Egypt and Turkey, all reaffirming their solidarity with Saudi Arabia. These pronouncements highlight the unity in rejecting violence in the region.

The attacks have been claimed by the Houthis, who assert that they have targeted the airports of Riyadh and Dammam, as well as Aramco's energy facilities. They have framed this offensive as retaliation for the Saudi bombings in Yemen.

Additionally, various reports indicate that a new projectile hit the Riyadh airfield, a day after a bombing that resulted in at least 12 fatalities. The situation in the region remains tense, with the possibility of further escalation of the conflicts.
