Syria: Israel accused of striking a military airport

Syria has stated that Israel is responsible for the strikes carried out on a military airport located in the northwest of the country. According to sources, this airport has been out of service since 2012 due to heavy damage sustained during the Syrian civil war and is currently protected by forces from the Syrian Ministry of Defense.

Another piece of information mentioned concerns the relations between Iran and the United States. Iran clarified that the 60-day deadline established as part of a June agreement to reach a compromise regarding nuclear issues and sanctions has now passed, but no further details were provided on this matter.

The United States, for its part, has also accused Israel of being involved in these strikes in Syria, further escalating tensions in the region.
